Many customers assume a damaged mirror means replacing the entire unit. That is often not the case. When only the glass itself is cracked, scratched or missing, a glass-only replacement is a faster and more affordable option.
We assess the damage on arrival and advise you honestly. If the housing is intact and the mounting is sound, glass replacement is usually the right call. If the casing is cracked or the mirror has snapped off completely, we will recommend a complete housing replacement instead.

Can you replace just the mirror glass without replacing the whole unit?
Yes, in many cases. If the mirror housing is undamaged and the mounting is secure, we replace only the glass insert. This is significantly more cost-effective than a complete housing replacement and is the right option when the damage is limited to the glass itself.
Do you replace heated mirror glass?

Is there a warranty on the mirror glass replacement?
Yes. Every side mirror glass replacement carries a 3-month workmanship warranty. If any defect in the fitting or the glass itself appears under normal use within that period, we return and fix it at no cost.
How do I know if I need glass-only or a full replacement?
Check whether the plastic casing around the glass is cracked or broken, and whether the mirror is still mounted securely. If the housing is intact, glass-only replacement is likely suitable. If the casing is damaged or the mirror has snapped off, you will likely need a full side mirror replacement. We assess on arrival and advise before starting any work.
What vehicle information do I need to provide?
When you contact us, please provide your vehicle make, model, year of manufacture and which mirror needs replacing (driver-side or passenger-side). A photo of the damaged mirror is helpful but not required for an initial quote.
